On this page you will find everything from short instructions to complete course units of our university sports programmes in video format. The ever-popular Pausenexpress is also available here on demand in digital format. Please understand that not all video productions are available in the best quality. Not everyone has the perfect technical equipment for this at home. However, we hope that the familiar faces from university sports will motivate you to take part.

In addition to our video formats, you will also find various meditation sessions in audio format on this page.

Pick & Mix - put together your own workout

Our instructors Melanie and Lydia will introduce you to various exercise sequences in video format from the areas of cardio, strength, core and flex, which you can use to put together your own workout. You can find brief instructions here. The individual sequences are also great for short exercise breaks in between.

Meditation in audio format

Break out of the usual hustle and bustle and consciously move to a different level. With five short meditation sessions led by instructor Anita, we would like to give you the opportunity to try meditating. Detached from a specific place and time, you can decide for yourself when and where it suits you best.
